**Fees are not based on the price / value of properties. The fee is based on the complexity of the assignment.
A contract of service / letter of engagement will be drawn up based on our initial conversation and the online quote request. I will give you a call to discuss in further detail and schedule an appointment that works with your schedule.
Please be aware that payment in full is necessary to reserve a time slot for the property visit. If you need to cancel/reschedule, a full refund will be given within three days.
